Since 1999 Margaret has been a sales agent in the Cary office of Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, the largest full-service residential real estate company in the Triangle and one of the leading realty firms in the nation. A graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Margaret is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Marketing Specialist and a Cartus Mobility Certified Relocation Specialist qualified by the largest relocation company in the United States. Margaret is an elected Director for the Raleigh Regional Assoc of Realtors, as well as an appointed Director for the North Carolina Assoc of Realtors. Margaret believes in community involvement and is an active member of the Cary MacGregor Rotary club since 2009. Also having served on the Cary Visual Arts BOD working her way up to President. An active member with Cary Visual Art, Inc. (CVA) for some time, Margaret has been named to the board of directors. CVA is a nonprofit organization with the goal of promoting access to visual art through public art projects and educational programs in the town of Cary, where Margaret resides with her husband and three children after the family’s relocation from Chicago. Family time is highly valued by Margaret and her husband, who have been married since 1988. They love the Triangle area and the ease of lifestyle, excellent schools, ample entertainment and opportunity for growth it has afforded them.
